Thirsty.

I have a bad habit of pouring multiple drinks throughout the day, never finishing them, and leaving them half empty next to the sink. To emphasize the wastefulness of this I will unify the times I perform this and do it all at once.

Pick up your room.

When I was younger my mother would get me to clean by saying pick everything up off of the floor. This statement clearly has a loophole for an 8 year old. Instead of actually cleaning I would simply pick everything up off the floor and dump it on my bed or desk. I will use variety and unity through proximity to pick up my room and show the duality of my nature.

Small.

People often comment on how small I am because they don't realize it until they are next to me, then they are surprised. This happens to be one of my biggest annoyances. To emphasize my size so that people will stop making comments, I will use scale and proportion by dressing in a ridiculous amount of large clothing.

How I dress.

I like to dress in bright and bold colors and patterns. Unfortunately this causes people to stare, making me uncomfortable. To offset this, if I wear something bright and eye catching I also wear something of a plain color to neutralize the outfit. For example, I usually wear my exciting pants with a plain black or white tank top. To get over the unease of being looked at, I will create visual rhythm by cutting out of colored paper the shapes and patterns of the pants and tape them, in the correct order, to a plain white shirt.

By maintaining the colors, lines, and shapes of the pants onto the shirt using unity through repetition, a visual rhythm is created.
